Shipping policy

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

United Kingdom

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. UK delivery is £4, with free delivery on orders over £50.

United States

US orders are sent using a tracked DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service. Applicable US import duties and tariffs are prepaid, so customers should not be asked to pay these charges when the parcel arrives.

Canada and Australia

Orders to Canada and Australia are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any applicable import tax, customs duty or carrier handling charge requested when the parcel enters the destination country is the customer’s responsibility and is not included at checkout.

European Union

Delivery to the EU is temporarily unavailable through our website while we complete our IOSS setup. This policy will be updated when EU delivery becomes available.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. International parcels may occasionally be delayed by customs or the local postal service.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address.
